İLKADIM MUNICIPALITY CITY PLATFORM PROJECT

An e-municipality portal being developed for Samsun İlkadım Municipality, enabling citizens to access municipal services through digital channels. It gathers many services such as online applications, complaint reporting, event calendar, property tax payment, and marriage appointments on a single platform.

Project Scope

Developed as a mobile application and web portal, the platform enables complaints and requests to be displayed on a map with geographic information systems integration. Citizen participation surveys and budget transparency modules are also included in the system.
