PENDIK MUNICIPALITY DECISION SUPPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A Business Intelligence-based decision support system developed for Pendik Municipality senior management. It enables data collected from all units of the municipality to be analyzed and visualized on dashboards. Financial reports, project tracking, citizen requests, and operational KPIs are included in the system.
